Our Leadership Philosophy
We believe that building revolutionary, impactful leaders begins with cultivating the creator within and shaping responses to the culture around them.
DK Group has an on-line training program for managers and leaders who value the convenience of engaging in personal and professional development without leaving work or home. Currently, the Academy offers a 12-week cohort of up to 15 leaders who, together, engage in learning research-based leadership practices, while sharing and gleaning from each others’ experiences and practices.
